*i know you're here like hellfire. 2002-05-08 9:50 a.m.*

my body is on crack and i don't like it. i don't approve. so yeah, after having 2 nights of 11 hours of sleep not being enough and being exhausted all day and being ready for bed at midnight, i wake up today, at 8:40 after a whopping 6 1/2 hours of sleep. i suppose this is my body telling me to go to blackbird's bacc, but she doesn't seem to want people there, and i'm staying here in the hopes that i may get dead tired in a few minutes and sleep for at least an hour or so. because i know that later on today, i'm going to be sleepy and grumpy.

i should eat something, i think, actually, because i woke up this morning feeling starving. i think that may be because my 2nd and late night meal of yesterday was ice cream and toast. we had one more ben and jerry's ice cream certificate from working assets, and so jennifer connelly and i went out to use it. except that haagen-daz and godiva ice creams were also on sale. so she got raspberry sorbet. i got this ben and jerry's ice cream with a fudge truffle core and godiva's chocolate cheesecake ice cream. there was a replaying of videos of a secret sort and much giggling, and a lot of ice cream eating. i still have some left for michael and i to share tonight after massage. i also finally bought cornstarch, and you guys, if you know what i need the cornstarch for, it makes things less disturbing, which is, in and of itself, disturbing.

i've got all kinds of plans for today. that may also be why my body decided to wake me up when it did. but you know, i don't think that's very wise of it. i'm going to just get very sleepy and disoriented early on and who wants that.

oh! and mushycat made buttons with my designs on them, so that's exciting. they aren't up yet, but he posted about them in his lj, so here:

and so yeah, those, i believe, will be up when he nexts posts updates. 'cause he loves me.
