i just wrote a paper. a late, very short paper, but a paper nonetheless. i feel like i should reward myself with a shower, but i hear the shower water going already. i bet when i go in there it will be cold. i keep doing that. where i manage to get in the shower after someone else has taken all the hot water. well, not all the hot water. just enough so that i run out a few minutes into the shower. i take notoriously short showers. don't i deserve hot water.

i need to use the bathroom. i will flush because i hate whoever it is that is taking all my hot water.

i have a kitten on my lap.
