why is it that going to bed is so hard and getting out of bed is so hard?

i just made myself a paper journal. i like it bunches. i used all the rest of the white art paper at the front of my really sad book of construction paper, put on a red cover (which i fastened to the whole thing by cutting two slits on the ends and putting a ribbon that's been on my bedroom floor because the kitten found it through them and tying it with a bow). i wrote "journal" on the cover with my unreadable on white paper orangeandpink pen, and glued a purple star that came in a letter next to it. and i covered the back with northern sun bumper stickers.
